We need to trip.

[01:01]

It's kind of a little bit distracting, but I feel like we have arrived now, and I hope that we can carefully, steadily walk forward together to the conclusion of the practice, and perhaps even beyond. Wholehearted listening, free of expectation, wholehearted listening, without seeking anything,

If you can walk, if you can talk with your friends without seeking anything, wholeheartedly, speak to the world with no expectation, there, too, your verbal action is expressing a very nice thing. Perhaps you can find And at that moment, the whole phenomenal world expresses the Buddha seal, and the entire sky turns into enlightenment. In this way, through this practice, we can enter the realm where the Buddha-mind seal resonates back to us and resonates forward from us.

[07:58]

Giving your tranquility away, undistracted by any expectation or secret. receiving tranquility and saying what you're now seeking. Contemplating your bodily posture. In a moment, wholeheartedly contemplate your bodily posture. Whole bodily, contemplate your bodily posture.

[09:05]

Feel the wholeness of your body. Without distraction. This is a way to enter the realm of self-perceiving and employing of yourself, of the self-enjoyment of yourself, experiencing the virtue of wholehearted presence with no gaining idea.

[10:14]

experience of the reward for not seeking any reward. And in this realm, you may realize that you and the Buddha are reaching and receiving the Dharma at the same moment. Wholeheartedly look at colors with no distraction. Wholeheartedly blow your nose with no expectation.

Wholeheartedly smile with no seeking. Listen to sounds with no expectation. This is a way to enter the realm where you and I realize the Dharma together, where you and the whole world realize the Buddha way together. This is a way to enter the realm where we will hear the tridharma together.

[12:50]

We're already in this realm. It's just a matter of being temporarily distracted. We're already in the Buddha's close family. It's just a matter of wandering away from that and getting lost. Come home. Come home to the wholehearted contemplation of your body. of the feeling of it, of the seeing of it, of the hearing of it, the smelling of it, the tasting of it, the thinking of it,

The Dharma treasure is right here for you to enjoy, wholeheartedly, without distraction, without seeking. It's okay to welcome it without seeking, without resting when it does. We are ready for such a practice after working hard together for half a practice period.
